1933 William A. Seiter film Sons of the Desert based on a story
by Frank Craven and starring Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy as
themselves. Plot summary: Stan and Ollie lie to their wives so they
can sneak off and attend the annual Sons of the Desert Lodge
Convention in Chicago.
