For credit card orders call 734 973 7303. If you get voice mail, leave a message, we will call you back, or FAX 267 821 0242. We can also accept credit card orders on our secure server: Go to Secure Server

CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS:

1) Send email to posters@filmpaper.com with the title or titles of the posters you want. Plain text messages only, please. Do not send attachments or anything that has to be decoded or interpreted with special software.

2) We confirm by return email that your selections are available, tell you the total amount with shipping and give you an address to send your check to.

3) We will hold your selections for up to two weeks until payment arrives.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee, unless we have made an error with the order. We give full refunds on exchanges or returns due to our error.
