and starring Burt Lancaster as Il Professore. Plot summary: A retired
American professor lives a quiet solitary life in his luxurious
mansion in Rome, but this tranqulity is disrupted when he is obliged
to rent an upper-floor apartment to an obnoxious woman of the Italian
aristocracy [Sylvano Mangano] and her boistrous entourage.
