Plot summary: Fu Manchu decides to build a death ray to help him take over the world. He forcibly enlists the aid of scientists for this task by kidnapping their daughters, but he faces determined opposition from his arch enemy, Sir Dennis Nayland Smith of Scotland Yard [Douglas Wilmer].
