This is a 27" x 41" US one-sheet poster for the 1969 John Huston film A Walk with Love and Death based on a 1961 novel by Hans Koningsberger, screenplay by Hans Koningsberger and starring Anjelica Huston as Claudia. Plot summary: In 1385 Heron of Foix [Assi Dayan] leaves his studies in Paris and while crossing war-torn territory meets Claudia, the daughter of an aristocrat who was killed in a peasant uprising. The two of them set out for Calais. Heron and Claudia become lovers as they are swept up in the violence of their time. This was the film debut for both Anjelica Huston and Assi Dayan.
