Major Donald Craig. Plot summary: Major Craig is a Canadian officer
kidnapped from the Vichy French in North Africa by a British special
forces unit so he can help a company of British and German-Jewish
commandos cross 800 miles of desert to make preparations for an
amphibious assault against a German fuel storage base.
