Hayes and starring James Stewart as L. B. Jeffries. Plot summary:
Photographer L. B. Jeffries is confined to his New York apartment with
his leg in a cast after breaking it while photographing a car race.
To pass the time he watches his neighbors through their apartment
windows opening on the adjoining courtyard; he begins to suspect
Lars Thorwald [Raymond Burr] has murdered his wife.
