This is a 27.5" x 37" Iranian poster designed by Bateni for the 1991
Bozorgmehr Rafia film Attorney General AKA Dadsetan
written by Bozorgmehr Rafia and Morsel Sadeghi and starring Faramarz
Sadeghi as Hossein Dadgar. Plot summary: During the Islamic
revolution a judicial investigator was studying the computerization of
the Ministry of Health Social Security Organization's archive system,
which had been done by an American company. He found a series of
illegal actions including account creation and bribery and arrested
and imprisoned a group of officials from an American company and
their Iranian accomplices. The company's initial efforts to get the
Americans released were fruitless. The judge insisted they had to be
tried and punished. A team of American commandos, who had previously
freed some pilots from a prison in Hanoi Vietnam, was charged with
getting the detained Americans released from prison. After his
promotion to attorney general the investigator pursued the case first
through the Dallas court and then at the Hague; he was able to recover
Iran's demands from America.
