This is a 26.5" x 38.75" Lebanese poster for the 1983 Youssef
Sharafeddine film The Venture [al-majazef] bsed on story,
screenplay and dialogue by Gasan Hariri and starring Fouad
Sharafeddine as Fouad. Plot summary: While chasing a foreigner
narcotics officer Fouad realized that this person was Sahra, the
husband of his sister. He was conflicted between family obligation and
professional conscience, which ultimately won out. Fouad invesigated
a nightclub dancer named Dalal, which led to the discovery that Sahra
was a member of a dangerous gang; he then got into a shootout with the
gangleader. He was able to arrest the gang after disrupting all of
its plans.
