This is a 27.5" x 39.25" Iranian poster designed by Baqeri of the
House of Art for the 1990 Yadollah Samadi film Apartment Number
13 written by Hassan Qolizadeh and Alireza Khamseh and starring
Alireza Khamseh as Mashallah Iranmanesh. Plot summary: Mashallah
Iranmanesh went from Kerman to Tehran to sell Apartment number 13,
which he inherited from his father, to buy his employer's lathe shop
at his birthplace and to marry the girl he loved. However the
apartment did not sell because it was occupied by a group of rowdy
individuals. The film won the Crystal Simorgh for best screenplay and
the Crystal Simorgh for best film at Iran's 1992 Fajr Film Festival.
