This is a 23.5" x 35" Iranian poster for the 1973 Hossein Ghassemi-Vand film Brother-in-Law [bajenaq] starring Sirus Afhami as Yadollah. Plot summary: Yadollah [Sirus Afhami], the neighborhood tough guy and garage owner, has two wives and nine chidren. His brother Ibrahim [Manuchehr Tayefeh] lives with him. One day one of the neighborhood bullies named Reza Shangul harrasses the sister of Ahmad Kolupoz and Ibrahim rebukes him. Reza Shangol intervenes and Farideh [Leeda Daneshvar], the niece of one of Yadollah's neighbors, comes to their home. Both brothers become infatuated with her and each of them prepares for marriage. Each brother thinks the other brother supports his marriage, but in the end it is Ibrahim and Farideh who turn out to have a mutual interest and become engaged.
