Pictured is a 26.5" x 38" Iranian poster designed by Nehasim to
promote the 2000 Saeed Asadi film Swan Song starring Bahram
Radan based on a story by Saeed Asadi and Paymen Moaadi with
cinematography by Faraj Heidair. Plot summary: Peyman [Bahram Radan]
is unhappy about his father's decision to send him abroad. He left
the party that was held for him and went looking for his girlfriend
Parastu [Sareh Aryan]. Peyman took Parastu for a ride over her
father's objections but the police arrested them, even though Major
Heydari [Jamshid Hashempur] had no intention of doing that. A scuffle
between Payman and an officer at the police station while papers were
being filled out made matters worse and Peyman was jailed for striking
an officer. While he was in detention one of the other prisoners
persuaded him to flee the country. When he got the chance Peyman got
away from the officers; he called a number his cellmate had given him
to arrange for him and Parastu to leave the cuntry. Peyman's forged
passport was discovered at the border and even though Major Heydari
tried to save him, Peyman was shot by firing squad at Turkish border.
