Plot summary: An old man [Mehdi Hashemi] who drives a delivery truck buys a cellphone and sim card. By chance he gets a sim card that had once belonged to the president of the republic. When he receives calls from people expecting to speak with the president, he forgets he is not the president and tries to address their problems.
