promote the 2013 Siavash As'adi film The Southside Pickpocket
[jibbor-e khiaban-e jonubi] starring Layla Bolookat adapted from the
1965 Francois Nourissier novel Une histoire francaise with
cinematography by Alireza Borazandeh. "Let me strike down a warrior with
a sword, with steel in the heart and a smile on the lips. I said this
at one time, but playing games is nothing to be proud of. My
battlefield was a stinking street sewer and my adversary was a
cartload of firewood. I have lost everything, even my death..."
