Bennett and starring Sho Kosugi as Shiro Tanaka. Plot summary: Shiro Tanaka is a Japanese Arizona-based federal DEA agent who quits his job and goes to Argentina looking for the drug lord who murdered his partner Ray Jones [Richard Wiley].
