This is a 27" x 39" Egyptian one-sheet poster designed by Moaty for the 1971 Terence Young film Red Sun based on a story by Laird Koenig and starring Charles Bronson as Link Stuart. The film was shot in Spain. Plot summary: In a train robbery in 1870 the outlaw Link Stuart discovers that the Japanese ambasador is riding the train, carrying a ceremonial sword as a gift for President Ulysses S. Grant. Gauche [Alain Delon], one of the members of Link's gang, steals the sword and he and the gang leave Link for dead after trying to kill him. The surviving Japanese rescue Link and tell him to help the ambassador's bodyguard Kuroda [Toshiro Mifune] find Gauche and kill him. As they travel together looking for Gauche, Link learns to respect Kuroda and eventually puts his respect for Kuroda's bushido code ahead of his own needs when he has a chance to get money from Gauche.

The original French title is Soleil Rouge.
