This is a 13" x 27" Italian locandina poster designed by Tino Avelli for the 1967 Tinto Brass film I Am What I Am AKA Dead Stop based on the Sergio Donati novel Le coeur aux lèvres, screenplay by Tinto Brass, Francesca Longo and Pierre Lévy and starring Jean-Louis Trintignant as Bernard. Plot summary: After meeting in a London nightclub Bernard and Jane [Ewa Aulin] flee a blackmailer's gang and the police, who believe Bernard has killed the blackmailer.
