In an article in yesterday's Guardian Peter Tatchell details some of the anti-Arab activities by the Islamic Republic of Iran in the oil-rich ethnically Arab province of Khuzestan, including the hanging of at least 13 ethnically Arab Iranians in the last 9 months.
