NWA Cuts Costs

On their web site they say:

"Get Instant Answers to your questions by searching our collection of frequently asked questions."

What I hate about this is the choice of the phrase "your questions." They choose a list of questions, which then become "my questions."

All the big companies do this. It is just too costly to pay people to answer the phone. Of course their tickets, software and machines are too costly too, but never mind.
