At the moment there is almost no literature about Egyptian film posters, and what little exists is found only in the form of passing remarks in other material written about Egyptian cinema. I have not seen any books or articles devoted exclusively to this subject. Censorship and women in film are more general subjects that have been treated rather extensively of course, and you should have no problem finding lots of writing on these subjects as long as you don't expect to see much of a focus on posters!
